I first started the classes as a friend suggested I try yoga to assist in recovery after I had a shoulder and ankle operation and had been having back pain.

Diana’s teaching is focused, friendly and fun, she makes us smile. She is always there to remind you that every day is different, the challenge is only within yourself and that we should feel good whenever we practice. She offers alternatives and modifications for different poses and her classes have definitely helped me. I feel stronger and slowly but surely more flexible, I also don’t worry if one day I struggle or don’t feel as strong or as flexible as the day before.

Before we started training with Diana, we casually visited Yoga classes. But we both felt we are not really improving! We wanted to get a deeper understanding of the postures. Then we joined Diana's class in The Vine and enjoyed her teaching and saw that she also offers private classes.

After our first taster class, we asked her if she would take us on as a couple to do Yoga together---with very different challenges: one of us is rather stiff and the other nearly hyper-flexible.

And Diana is great: she enables us to understand postures for ourselves and our different bodies, she challenges us to try new things we haven't even thought about---such as breathing or meditation exercises---but never makes us feel pressured in any way. We always look forward to our classes together.

Within the months we have been with Diana our posture, balance and strength improved so much---we are impressed!
