Slow Flow @ Indee (60 mins)

A Slow Flow class at Indee Yoga Studio (online)

International Yoga Day 2020 #BLM fundraiser (60 mins)

A special fundraising class for International Yoga Day to raise funds in support of Black Lives Matter UK.

Expect all the usual stretching and strengthening, laughs and lightheartedness, and a**-kicking you would from any Periwinkle class.

Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Flow (60 mins)

This class provides a range of postures from gentle to challenging, focusing on flexibility.

It gives enough time to get in and out of the pose without rushing, and also allows you to work harder in postures because of long holds.

The toned-down speed of these classes mimics meditative practices and mindfulness movement, but it doesn't mean that this class is less beneficial.

The slower pace gives a chance to connect with the body, to work on the natural alignment and is great for newer students as well as experienced practitioners who are working on building strength, control and concentration within their practice.

Suitable for all levels.

Pyjama Yoga (60 mins)

A delightfully gentle way to spend your weekend morning.

Starting out slow to calmly wake up the body, we move into more active engagement of your muscles and kick start your metabolism and endorphin production.

When you feel warm and maybe a bit sweaty we cool down and move into the shoulders, spine and hips.

You can stay in bed in your PJs, you don't even have to brush your teeth.

Sleepy faces and yawns are welcome - embrace your perfect morning imperfection.

Suitable for all levels.

Powerful Flow (60 mins)

Dynamic class focusing on building strength more than flexibility and is a great addition to Saturday morning's Gentle Flow Class.

You will most definitely be sweating, so get your towel and a glass of water ready.

Working your arms, legs and core you will build stamina and determination, ignite the fire within and get energised for your week.

Instructions are given with beginners in mind, so do not be put off if you are just starting out.

Suitable for all levels.
